The Tea Factory

State-of-the-art headquarters for BBC Birmingham in the heart of Digbeth.

Reinvigoration of the historic Typhoo Tea Factory building and surrounding area, delivering 84,001 sq ft of new commercial premises for BBC Birmingham and 2,884 sq ft of new leisure space. The shell and core of BBC Birmingham’s space is now complete and handed over to the BBC for fit-out.
